Being part of the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO) helps to inspire confidence in you as a business and provides a range of benefits including access to advice and accredited training.

As a member of FHIO you and your customers can have peace of mind that in the event a dispute cannot be resolved between parties directly, you can involve an independent body avoiding a potentially costly and lengthy court process.
