Tracey Skea has worked in the flooring industry (retail) for 20 years and prior to that spent time in the product team at HMV. Being a qualified accountant, her experience has included working with PLC executive directors and senior managers in both large and small organisations beginning in a financial role. She has worked in a variety of areas including store development, logistics, customer support, E-commerce and many others besides. As one of the founder members of Tapi Carpets & Floors who are known for championing the customer, she is the Business Development Director of Tapi overseeing store development, FM, and H&S and provides advice on all contractual and consumer-related matters to the business as a whole.
